This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our HOA management platform and services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

• National Identification Number (NIN) where required for verification

• With HOA Administrators: Your membership information is shared with your HOA administrators for community management purposes

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Payment records and financial transactions are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by Ugandan financial regulations.
